Domestic Orders (United States)
Domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS, FEDEX Ground, or FEDEX Express. Depending on the method of shipping you choose, the shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on your location distance from Los Angeles, CA.
Processing time is generally 1 to 3 Business days depending on the method of shipping you choose. (Excludes Saturday & Sundays).
International Orders (The Globe)

Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
Please note that we now digitally record the packaging and preparation process for every order. We do this to prevent abuse by a very few customers and in the process keep our cost down and pass it back to our customers.
Tracking Your Order
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number.
Free Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping may be shipped via USPS, or FEDEX. Which is 1-7 business days, once shipped. No free shipping outside of the USA.
Orders bound to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Virgin Islands are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority.
Special handling requests can be made in the “customer comments” section during the checkout process.
It is not our responsibility to track your order. Once a package says is delivered. We have no responsibility for the order.
All California Orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery for the security of our customers.

You are also agreeing that Evolution Hookah will not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have the right to cancel any order and refuse service.
